Presenter Details
Marc Romaldi

Marc holds dual degrees in Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and Law (with Honours) from the University of Adelaide and has completed a Masters in Taxation from the University of New South Wales.
Marc joined Kelly & Co. in 2005 after working in a tax advisory capacity with a "Big Four" accounting firm and a commercial/tax position with a mid-tier commercial law firm in Adelaide, serving an expansive client base including ASX-listed clients, small to large private enterprises and high net worth individuals across varying industries. In 2007, Marc joined the partnership of Kelly & Co.
Marc works in Kelly & Co.'s Corporate & Commercial Division and practices in the areas of taxation and stamp duty, business structuring and restructuring, general corporate, commercial, trust and partnership law and business acquisitions and sales.
Marc specialises in taxation and has had experience in many areas of both domestic and international taxation, particularly capital gains tax and general income tax (including investment and divestment issues and succession/estate planning), international tax, stamp duty, GST and fringe benefits tax.
Marc is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
