Presenter Details

Kathy Stolinski

Having worked in radio for 14 years before starting a family and being a stay at home Mum, Kathy embarked on her Conveyancing career in 2002.Now, a Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC), Kathy has been with //Adcocks since 2004.
With a passion for land development Kathy’s are of expertise is working on both large, multipurpose developments as well as the smaller divisions. Kathy’s understanding of GST legislation and long term taxation implications means she works closely with our clients Accountants and Real Estate Agents to ensure the maximum benefit for our clients from each deal. Kathy also manages business sale and purchases including liquor and tobacco licenses.
Kathy is also extremely active within the profession. In 2008 Kathy became a Council member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA) and in 2011 was elected as President by her peers. Kathy is also the state representative at the National Council for AIC.
Kathy is heavily involved in the setting of the professional development training for Conveyancers in South Australia and a member of the industry consultative committee with the Lands Titles office SA.

Tanya Ashworth-Keppel

Geoffrey Adam

Geoffrey Adam is a graduate from the Law School of the University of Adelaide.
He has worked as an employed solicitor and in his own legal practice.
Between 1985-1990, he was the Legal Officer for the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
Geoffrey has been Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA Division) since 2002.
He has been a member of the Law Society for more than 30 years and was an active member of its Property Committee for 5 years until he resigned to take up his present position.
Geoffrey has always been active in giving seminars and workshops and writing manuals and articles on a broad range of issues relevant to conveyancers. He regularly presents and writes for AICSA and has provided several seminars and articles for the Law Society.
Geoffrey lives with a tolerant wife and a spoilt dog.

Fees

Member registrations received before 28 February 2013 will receive a 25% discount ($57.75).
