This seminar will be presented by Charlie Belperio, Belperio Clarke and will cover the following issues:
- Mediating with clients; and
- Family problems.
Presenter Details
Charlie has extensive experience in small business management together with having worked in the finance and real estate industry. With ever changing laws, Charlie has remained committed to ongoing professional development including the investment of significant time, resources and expense towards updating and maintaining technical expertise and knowledge. One of Charlie's main interests is exploring realistic alternatives to the court process. This commitment has resulted in Charlie becoming a member of Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR). Charlie has undertaken further training as a qualified arbitrator and has been admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Charlie is experienced with the law related to the running of small businesses such as contracts, franchises and liquor licensing. He also works in the family law, wills and estates areas.
