This seminar will be presented by Rod Foster-Jones, Piper Alderman and will cover the following issues:

• Energy ratings for commercial and residential properties;
  - including minimum requirements;
• Solar Panels;
  - for both residential and commercial properties; and
• Explanation of the Legislation.

Presenter Details

Rod is a senior property and commercial lawyer with over 15 years experience in a broad range of commercial matters.

His expertise includes commercial property, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial issues, intellectual property, trade practices and dispute resolution. He has experience working with a wide range of corporate clients both locally and in Asia.

Rod is also an independent director of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, a member of the Football Federation of South Australia disciplinary tribunal and lectures in property law for the Law Society of South Australia's graduate certificate in legal practice programme. Rod is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Fees

Member registrations received before 28 February 2012 will receive a 25% discount ($57.75).
