Michael joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2010 a a generalist practitioner assisting in the firm's Commercial, Property and Estate Planning divisions.
Michael provides advice on general commercial matters, including the purchases and sale of businesses, business structuring and franchising, drafting of constitutions and incorporation documents, commercial contracts, the establishments of trusts and general taxation considerations.
As a member of the Property, Construction and Infrastructure team, Michael assists clients with leasing and licensing advice and contract interpretation.
Michael's practice also involves the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and guardianship, as well as the provision of advice regarding the administration of deceased estates.
Michael has joint degrees in Law and Commerce from The University of Adelaide and prior to joining Wallmans Lawyers, worked as an internal management accountant for a regional hotel.
