Presenter Details

Andrew Jones

Andrew commenced professional employment with an Employee Relations Law Firm in 1996 before becoming an Industrial Relations Consultant and later a Director of boutique firm Kamcorp Industrial Relations and Managing Director of Indigo Fields Industrial Relations – Corporate. Andrew has re-branded a new business based upon the successful IR Assist service he introduced and continues to represent SME’s, larger businesses and Industry Associations around Australia.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) Degree. Andrew has also lectured in the Employment Relations Program of the Faculty of Business at the University of Southern Queensland.

Andrew was also a Councillor with the City of Redcliffe for four years and chaired several committees including a state planning and development reference group in the property sector.

Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of employment relations matters and combines this experience with a practical approach to the application of industrial relations and human resources. He is a respected Industrial Relations Trainer and commentator; regularly retained for seminars and speaking engagements on employment relations matters.

Andrew oversees all consultants within the practice aligning individual client requirements to specialist skill sets.
