Certified Practising Conveyancer

CPC is a sign of excellence and professionalism and helps identify conveyancers who have met certain criteria. Australians who are people on the move can seek conveyancers who have earned the right to use this term with confidence. Each state has similar criteria to attain this recognition. CPC Criteria
To attain the right to use CPC annually after their name they must:
- be a practising registered conveyancer for a minimum of 24 months,
- be a fully paid up member of the AIC (SA Division) - (Membership of AICSA is not compulsory to gain registration) and
- have attained 100 professional accreditation points (a minimum of 10 hours professional development training) in the previous calendar year.
The right to use the CPC will be granted by the AIC (SA Division) each calendar year if criteria is met and a new certificate will be issued each year.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
You can feel confident that your conveyancer is making every effort to keep up-to-date with the ever changing legal requirements and improving their skills by attending professional development training on an ongoing basis.
As a member of AIC SA Division they are required to abide by our Code of Conduct and have full access to the range of information, services and advice we provide.

Accreditation Certificate
As AICSA offers Professional Development training to ALL Registered Conveyancers and their staff in South Australia (and any others that have an interest in our topics), Non-member Registered Conveyancers may attain an Accreditation Certificate upon completion of the following criteria.
Accreditation Certificate Criteria
To attain the accreditation certificate annually:
- be a practising registered conveyancer and
- have attained 100 professional accreditation points (a minimum of 10 hours professional development training) in the previous calendar year.
The right to apply for a certificate will be granted by the AIC (SA Division) each calendar year if criteria is met.
