This workshop is for Owner/Managers responsible for the Industrial Relations and Human Resource management in the business.
The Fair Work Act has now been implemented and is applicable. This session will enable you to determine if your business is compliant or may be exposed to penalties.
This session will review:
- Modern Awards
- National Employment Standards
- the new Unfair dismissal regime
