Deposit Guarantee Scheme Update
As advised in the February edition of Newsbrief, statutory trust accounts (which includes trust accounts operated by a registered conveyancer under the Conveyancers Act) are exempt from the Federal Government’s Guarantee Scheme fee.
This exemption takes effect from 1 April, 2009 and is not retrospective. Read More
